Purchased in good faith received the product about two weeks after receiving an email stating I should have received their product and to follow these instructions. Product doesn't work. Felt like I was being electrocuted. Ask for return authorization. Took hours trying to get the portal to work over several days to be asked for a return fee of $18.51. JUST WANTING TO LET THE PUBLIC KNOW WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY THIS IS.
