On June 10, 2023 I ordered 5 items of clothing from KLYNU clothing.
An ad appeared on Facebook and this was my first contact. The ad
states that the company is in South Carolina, US. I received the
clothing about 12 days later. The clothing was not the same as

pictured on the company's website (https://www.klynu.com/) and the
fabric made my skin itch. The company's website clearly states that
they receive returns, just contact their service department
([email protected]) and they would issue an authorization to return. I
sent the email requesting to return all of the clothes. The emails I have
received have offered me, in sequence: $42, 75, then 102 and "you can
keep the clothes". Finally, I have requested they refund $200 but they
said $120 is the highest they will go. They won't supply the mailing
address stating, "it will be too expensive for you to return".
Subsequently, I have found thousands of reviews online stating that this
company is actually in Dubai and this is how they do business. I have
pictures of the ads and their return policy as stated on their website.
Apparently this company (Readyeas Uk as it appears on the debit from
my bank) has 100s of subsidiaries that do business this way. I can
supply copies of the emails back and forth between me and their
"service" department.
There are thousands of similar reviews for this company on their
Facebook pages and the Better Business Bureau. It appears that US
citizens are losing thousands of dollars to this fraudulent company.
This experience has been a scam from the beginning. They are NOT in
the US, they do NOT honor their return policy and seem to count on
people not wanting to pay for expensive shipping back to Dubai.

Return/Exchange Guidelines
To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the

guidelines as below:
1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange
authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We
don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer
service.
2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return
request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is
inevitable.
3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn,
unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or
similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
4 : Please return through your local post office to avoid tax and include
your filled-out return/exchange authorization form in your return
package. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the
customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a
reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using
C.O.D. service.
5 : Once we have received the returned package, we will send email
notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business
days.
EU buyers' return policy will be consistent with the EU local law.

On 12/03/2022 my wife ordered 3 tops from Crigne which they posted for sale on Facebook at a cost of $155.96 which was the amount they charged our credit card. We have paid the credit card company presuming we would receive the order shortly. Today is December 23, 2022 and we still have not received anything. In addition, when we go to USPS tracking, the latest update reported and I quote, "Your item departed a shipping facility at 5:34 pm on December 9, 2022 in LINDEN, NJ 07036. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." I've been checking the USPS Tracking number myself daily and they keep reporting "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item."

Suggest you be cautious about ordering anything from them.

In a few minutes of refreshing my feed on Facebook, I got ads for 9 different companies, all under XBP International LTD.

Burora.com is owned by XBP International and BUYER beware! You shop online and the return policy states that you can return but you need to request a return authorization first. So it took forever to receive the 3 dresses that I purchased but two out of three were very poor quality and didn't look like or match the description or pictures online. I emailed to request a return authorization right away and received a response that they need pictures. SO I sent pictures and an explanation that the quality was poor and I would like to return. Their responses after that was like a negotiation. They offered me $9, then $11, and then their final offer was $22 to keep the items because the return was too costlyt o send back to Dubai. What the heck? I wanted to return the items and a FULL refund as stated in their policy. TOTAL scam! Don't waste your money or time unless you want cheap, poor quality clothing from Dubai that cannot be returned.

Scam, scam, scam - after paying for a 3 item clothing order, no confirmation of order was sent so there's no invoice #, no tracking, nothing but an email to '[email protected]' --- have received email correspondence and runaround with the fake customer service deuch wasting my time. Taking additional action to report these guys.

I ordered 3 dresses from a Company on Facebook called derandy. After I ordered I started getting sites pushed to me on Facebook with similar or identical merchandise, but all kinds of (auto generated?) company names. When the merchandise finally arrived they were of shoddy quality. The fabric was some sort of sheer, see through synthetic. I contacted them immediately through email and they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and they offered me a $10 refund, and to keep the dresses. I responded that I did not want the dresses, I wanted my refund of $100.42. They proceeded to offer me $25, then $38, then their “final offer of $48”. I replied that this was unacceptable, and they told me I could return the dresses at my expense to their warehouse in Dubai. They claim to have a warehouse in CA on their website but they said I can’t return there, only Dubai. I have disputed the charge with my credit cared company, Chase. In the past Chase has been extremely helpful in getting resolution from shady actors for us. Hope that will be the case again.

Ordered pool from them two months ago still have gotten it wrong email and phone numbers yes I ordered on Facebook, they should investigate these companies before they let them advertise under them but I guess if you pay enough it don’t matter

This company is a front for chinese companies who falsely claim their merchandise is made in the US and that their company is in the US. They hold a mailing address in the UK. They sell clothing on facebook under many different company names such as Grorace, Edillis, Murrtha, Nomias, Yvonice, Dacelyn, Carooa, Geoilla ,Loranate, Jeniana, Duabeth, Gruyre, Hertana, Loranat, Gavlina, Myralia, Norozz, Zoraox, Abenyo, Burora. Twenty different company names on one day on facebook. Facebook does not investigate who is advertising on their website so you shouldn't be buying anything from fb ads.

www.cimora.co.uk I bought ebike (electric bike for 29.99 instead of £99.99) but they send bike pump. I opened the dispute file on PayPal. Paypal gave me 7 days for a response from company than they will take a action.

Those are scammers, and if you did not use PayPal the only option you have is pray to God for your money. Even with PayPal will be not easy...You pay for something but you receive completely different thing(of course much much much cheaper). Now you can not say you did not receive the item on instead you have to go trough "item is not as described", and they will agree to refund you but yo need to return the item...that usually will cost you min the price you paid for the item -you decide not to return it, and they keep the money. THOSE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY!

Having an issue over return/refund. They say they only refund for damaged goods. This is not in line with consumer protection legislation and as they are a UK company they must provide a refund for goods bought online, for any reason. The consumer must notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the goods and then the refund must be given. They cannot exclude this in their terms of business.
I bought some dresses which are very poorly made, fit very oddly and are basically cheap tat. The brand they are using on FB is Evanra. Just warning people.

I ordered ordered this portable-spot-and-stain-cleaner advertised on FB paid through PayPal money money was received the items shipped was not complete as shown I have sent numerous mails called many time and it seems there is now answers to.my request. I want them to know they can scammer all always but not this time I hereby ask the management of the XBP INTERNATIONAL to please send my order as they advertised because I will just give them 2weeks or I will be forced to seek my village gods in Ghana force spiritual justice if you think you can scam every innocent person. Thanks and have a good day as your 2weeks starts from 1june 2021.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes (mygoodshoes.com) 2 months ago and still have not gotten my oder, keep saying WAIT - can't get a refund so I guess I have lost that - WILL NEVER
Order anything from a FB Site again. Customer Service is a REAL laugh

I ordered a blanket box 3 months ago had terrible trouble trying to contact these scammers i paid £30 for the box plus tax they added on later the box arrived this morning I am totally disgusted its the size of a lunch box so small and nothing like the add on line they will not answer emails or phone calls they are pure CHINESE SCAMMERS

Sorry to tell you sir they are not Chinese they just rent and use a freight company wear house for stocking and cheaper storage and shipping fees for them and they never even have to touch the product go look up China Guangdong province, this is what they said after offering only$8the week or so priorto this one...("we won't bear the postage.then we will refund you.")
