Hello my name is ****** *****. I thought I was online with an actual business salesman when I purchased a Craftsman T110 on 4/11/26. I was speaking online with the company's salesman when I was asking questions about their product. And he assured me that the website was real and that the product was brand new and all. They did give me a tracking number #5748 and I did see where it was telling me that they received my payment and that the order was being processed. I did screenshot our conversation. However, I was waiting on an email confirmation but it never came. I did leave detailed information on delivery to give me a call once the product was delivered. When no one responded I started email requesting a refund on 4/15/26 because no one has reached out to me about this matter. Help please for me to get back my hard earned money this was a gift to my Dad for his birthday on 4/19/26!
