An ad for Xara gummies appeared on my Facebook page. I ordered one set of gummies. Unbeknownst to me, they fraudulently made that one payment a recurring payment every month for a product I didn’t want any more of. What’s alarming is they’ve never responded to several emails to stop the payments, and their phone number simply asks callers to refer to 611 for help. I also realize they’ve been sending fake order and shipping emails for the past 3 months but never sent the actual product. I have zero way of contacting them.
