The advertisement was for mineral supplements. I thought I am purchasing one supplement but somehow I must have opted for recurring purchases. My card has been charged twice and I have not received anything from this company. I have tried to cancel my subscription through their app but it just gives me the runaround. I have called them but no one answers. I have Emailed them, but after multiple attempts, I’ve got an AI response for a discount! I believe this is a fraudulent business that signs people up for repeated payments while making it impossible to stop these payments. I still have not received any supplements for my money and I haven’t been able to discontinue my subscriptions contrary to the claim that I can easily do it anytime through their websites.
