Radio contest vacation prize turned out to be scam

I was on vacation in PR. While we were listening to the radio they said first 10 callers that can name a fruit with 3 "A" wins a vacation. I called named the fruit guanabana. They told me I wont. Took my information and said someone from the agency will be following up. They called advised i won 2 vacations 1 for 4 people adult or children and 2nd for 2 adults and 2 children. I believe I had 5 destinations to choose from and 2 years to use it. trip was free I only had to pay $400 for taxes and a resort fee at arrival. I paid the $400 and they sent me a contract. I signed and returned. Again they told me I had 2 years to book the vacation. So I tried to get in contact with someone to remind me of the destination and I was unsuccessful. I called the number on my bank statement, got nothing. I tired to google the business name and the only thing that show a up is a transportation website with the same name. It's been a year still nothing. I am currently working with my bank to get in touch or do a claim.
