Report

I bought a HP printer (Desk Jet 2900) that I couldn't get working. I contacted HP and, unknown to me, apparently was transferred to x digitech technician to fix the problem, which apparently was done; the printer now works. The problem was explained to me as some kind of malware on my PC, which they apparently cleaned up. They then sold me a lifetime care package to keep my PC, and other devices, free from Web problems in the future. Later I found difficulty in getting on internet, my landline telephone ceased working, and my modem ceased working. I then searched on the internet for this company and uncovered a similar scam.
