We ordered via phone and mailed check, over 28k worth of millwork materials from Worthington Millwork. After months we did not receive these materials. We had our lawyer send a demand letter for a refund. No refund. We were awarded a final judgement against Worthington millwork and owner Kyle Boatright from a florida judge giving them 90 days to pay. They once again did not pay. We have many emails from Mr. Boatright stating he is working on our refund. We are out 35K fighting for our refund. We have since met MANY others in a similar situation. This company and this man are a scam and people need to be warned.
