I contacted them via email to request a return label for a full refund because they offered a "satisfaction guaranteed" warranty. They would never supply a return label or return details, they just kept offering me a discount to keep the goods and not return it. The discount went from 20 to 35 to 40 to 45 to 60 percent. When they finally gave me a return address it's in China, when the goods were originally shipped from New Jersey.
