I represent a newly formed business (Wonder Auto Sale) that recently discovered that someone has set up a website impersonating their business by using its name and address. The phone number and email address listed on the website are not associated with the real Wonder Auto Sale, but the website uses Wonder Auto Sale's name and physical address. The website appears to be listing equipment and machinery for sale. It is my understanding that potential customers have seen the website and arrived at Wonder Auto Sale's physical address, only to discover that whoever is running the scam website does not actually own Wonder Atuo Sale and is not selling the items listed on the website at the address listed on the website.
