The company website show a robot dog and the product was 3 weeeks before arriving to my home . The dog was only worth approximately $ 5.00 US dollars. The product didn't even resemble the product that I ordered. The website did'nt offer a contact number. I was charged in my account under a different name of a business called Fashionista Trends Limi in Hong Kong. This product was supported to based of of Medina, Ohio. The website states business names of a Tom and Sarah for Wobble friends. I have been complaining to company and they states they are a legal business and they promise to give a full refund. I have no yet received a refund. The last email I received from them was dated march 2, 2026. I orginally ordered the wobble friends dog on Feb. 11, 2026.
