I ordered a wobble friend toy from wobblefriends.com (www.wobblefriends.com) and never received it. I paid $60.00 for it. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no response. It's been weeks and nothing. I'm in the USA. I think this is a scam where they take your money and don't send the product. Very disappointed.

The company website show a robot dog and the product was 3 weeeks before arriving to my home . The dog was only worth approximately $ 5.00 US dollars. The product didn't even resemble the product that I ordered. The website did'nt offer a contact number. I was charged in my account under a different name of a business called Fashionista Trends Limi in Hong Kong. This product was supported to based of of Medina, Ohio. The website states business names of a Tom and Sarah for Wobble friends. I have been complaining to company and they states they are a legal business and they promise to give a full refund. I have no yet received a refund. The last email I received from them was dated march 2, 2026. I orginally ordered the wobble friends dog on Feb. 11, 2026.

The product from WobbleFriends.com does not do anything the ad claims, and it is not nearly the size shown in ads. What I received is about a $5 toy that runs on two AA batteries with an on and off switch. When on the item has moving feet and makes a squeaking sound, it doesn't stop doing the same thing over and over until it is turned off. Such a scam!!!

The dog they adversities from WobbleFriends.com, said it was hand made. There were several functions this dog was supposed to do. When I got the dog today, it looked like it came from China. It was nothing like advertised. They also said it ships out fast. It took almost a month for me to get the wobblefriend. I lost $59.99 on this order.
