We ask for a loan of 1,300 and on the phone they notified we need to 1,600

Then we went to to check when is out firs payment it’s saying we need to pay 6,602 back which doesn’t make sense

I applied for a $1,300 last December, was given a 25% interest rate, throughly read through all the paperwork and now they want $7,000 at a 500% ($300 every 2 weeks) interest rate. Was never given access to my online account. I finally got them to take me off autopay so I could pay rent, and suddenly I only owed them $4,000. They are scammers, unlicensed, and this does not show up on my credit score. I paid them $2,000 and will not pay a penny more.

They just tried to take money out of my account, unauthorized, after I've had autopay disabled for weeks. You have to get a new bank card so they can't do this.

Ok so I applied for the loan and before signing and confirming everything I got a really bad gut feeling and didn’t proceed.I started researching them alone and thankfully found this site.

I’m worried now.they have my SSN and my address.will I be ok? What can I do. Someone please reply.everything in my account looks normal.I didn’t e sign or confirm I wanted the loan. Just applied and “signed” up. TIA

I applied to With U to receive $800 a couple of days ago. Even the biweekly payment is more costly than the loan itself, I submitted my info anyways. However, I’ve yet to receive my loan which was supposed to be deposited the same day or a day. Not only that but that I haven’t responded to my messages and emails. I should’ve known it was a scam. If anyone knows the next steps I should take, just respond. Thanks!

I requested 1,000 loan an once I log into the withuloans website under the loan agreement it said that I have to pay back 5,432 by December 2023… which is crazy because I never agreed to pay such money for 1k loan… now ima gonna have to close my bank account because these folks are gonna start taking money from my account December 9th which will be 109$ a week for a year an I’m not happy about that… These are tribal loans an they are not really helping us by having pay all this money back smh but it’s my fault I fell for the scam when I thought it was real an legit

Hi I applied on line and everything and I did every except sign the loan I didn’t sign anything.am I in the clear?

They’ve been calling and emailing a lot saying “your offer still stands” and stuff like that.what can I do? should I be worried? Everything in my account is the same and looks fine.I think I may be in the clear becuase I didn’t confirm or sign anything? Although extremely worried now they have my address and SSN.please any advice

Got a 500$ loan and was told 7% interest and 9 payments of 152 every other week and found out it was 716% interest and 9 months of payments equalling over 4,000 to pay back

So I wrote on here a few months ago yall please what ever y’all do please read before accepting these type of loans these are tribe loans you cannot sue them lawyers will not pick up this because it’s a law .. I have a personal lawyer and he told me it’s not going to be a win win situation the best thing you could do is pay what you borrow and ask them to settle with you ! That’s exactly what I did I paid the amount I borrowed and then contact them and the rep was able to settle with me but I had to pay $500 it’s better than paying 1-3,000 on a loan I learned my lesson that when I struggle to deal with it this is a temporary solution it will not help you in them long run hopes this help if you need help how I closed my account with them email me [email protected]

I immediately changed my bank information, blocked them from my account, contacted all three credit bureau’s, reported the site for fraud, and filing a police report tomorrow. I also sent an email to the company demanding action be taken to fix this scam and otherwise I will be disputing any issues with the credit bureau’s if they try to send anything to collections. Horrible people to be taking advantage of people in need. My page was disguised as scratch pay, false advertising for an animal emergency loan. So awful! I’m reporting to identity theft as well tomorrow since they were closed. I absolutely will not pay for this scam!

They were taking a payment of over $300 a month more than my car payment I only got a loan for $500 they said bi-weekly for 3 months I can't afford this at all I did not agree to this either they said was in the contract I signed and it was not I would never agree to this and no interest rate listed at all either it is a huge scam and rip off they take your money I closed my account and now they are threatening to turn me in to collections they said my last chance to pay them or I am done and turned over as non-payment fine go ahead cause they ripped me off not in contract I didn't agree to anything they did and they would not change it or work with me on anything they just screw people take there money not help them out. I am never dealing with them again they owe all of us I believe! They need to pay us for what they did. And they need to pay for the consequences of everything.

Shady, shady, shady! Got a loan from them for $600, NOW OWE THEM $197.60 BI-WEEKLY! What the fudge! I thought the loan person told me that amount once per month for 4 months! I'm going to my bank today to block them. I want to do what original loan was said to me, hopefully my bank can help. This is total fraud, do not go anywhere near them! And, like other victims on here, cannot get ahold of them, I waited for almost an hour for customer service, who then proceeded to tell me to pay back more each month as it would shorten and lessen the payback. Oh yes, I canceled the loan and they sent it anyhow and proceeded to take out first payment 4 days later while I was still waiting for it to be canceled!

I borrowed a $500 loan from them I calculated all my payments and paid them over $774 they are asking for over 3500 they don’t answer emails or calls they are a scam call your bank and block payments from them once you have paid back biweekly of the amount u borrowed I notice they don’t check credit and I never seen the loan on my credit reports I borrowed a loan from a legit company called fig loans limited to some states but if you’re in Florida U can get $500 they only make you pay a extra $40 I paid them off and I always borrow from them they report to your credit and also you can change your payment date if you’re short so I’m calling my bank to block payments because I’m tired of paying extra money that don’t belong to them please read about payday loans and tribal loans never ever sign anything and always block your payments from your banks !

Please do not get this loan ! This is a big mistake it is a tribal loan you will end up paying 10x more than what you borrow and they will send your debt to collections if you decide you’re not going to pay them whatever you do try to pay what you borrowed and ask to settle with them to close the account if u haven’t received the loan call your bank and block all payments this is a tribal loan !

Got 2 texts and 2 emails today, telling me my loan was approved, and the deposit to my account was pending. However, I never applied for an account with them, since I'm unemployed, I wouldn't. Long story short. So I called their number, as instructed to do in the email, first person I talked to asked me to verify info, which I did perhaps shouldn't have, but not my bank account information. Second person I was transferred to, customer service, told me everything was correct, except the social was different. I have sent numerous emails to them, advised this is fraud. You think they'd want to take more action. They even had my cell number! My bank told me there was nothing on my account. I have Identity Theft protection, they said nothing showing up. I'm going to watch closely and hope since I'm on to them, they'll drop anything more sneaky. Is anyone interested in getting a lawyer to go after these con artists? There must surely be an attorney out there willing to take them on. Thanks.

You need to file a police report and also go to your bankers to file a complaint this you will need for evidence if you recieve the funds call in and advised them you have made a report with your local police department and to close that loan account they may ask you for police report info and send them back the check they sent you ! If they don’t listen as long as you have a police report and notified your bank block them from taking payments these are tribe loans these are not regular loans lawyers will not really get involve in this the native Americans tribes have their own laws be careful !

Very scary experience, I did not apply for a loan and $1200 showed up in my account and 2 days later $225 was withdrawn from my account. I had my credit union look into it and put a fraud alert on my credit report because I did not apply and whoever did had access to my account and SS#. I don't know who these people are but they are dangerous. I have checked my email and have no correspondences from me to them at all, but the money showed up in my account. Very Shady.

My car had issues I was trying to fix I was only 500 dollars short so I googled search loans and Withuloans pop up I sign up for it never sign it , it didn’t show nothing about the credits check or how much the interest rate would be or how much you’ll have to pay back and everything process that when they hit me with 2,436dollars to pay backkkk! How did I ended up borrowing 500 and have to pay back 2,436 when I saw It I call them right away when the funds didn’t get deposited and asked the lady on the phone to stop the transaction she said okay hold on I’ll transfer you it took foreverrrr! I was on the phone waiting and waiting no answer nothing I call back same thing I wrote them an email no response that that when I know I just got scam like the rest of these people that got scam by them

Just take they money and block them off your bank account you'll be all good lol ? there the [censored]es in all this. They can't go after you n it doesn't affect your credit score... is a lot of these popping up just scam them back ???. ?
