Encountered an online advertisement on wisegardeners.com for a gift I intended to purchase. Placed an order on 11/16, with the website indicating that it was shipped on 11/22, although it has not been shipped. Contacted customer support, and they claimed the package was delivered on 12/6, which is not the case. I utilized the SHOP app for payment, ensuring security, and order tracking. According to my app, the status still shows "in transit." Notably, these products originate from China, information not disclosed on the website, resulting in tracking emails being in Chinese without an expected delivery date. Experiencing what appears to be fraudulent practices, I am now in the process of disputing the charges.

They advertised a three-dimensional coffee mug. The cup arrived as a two-dimensional photo that was blurry on the cup itself. They did not respond from our return requests as the website states it does.
