They sent a letter stating: We are pleased to inform you as an active cardholder that you have won the Winter Circle Lottery draw held on the 27th of January 2025. Your name attached to a claim number W C3 102 has been drawn for our credit select system. All participants are selected through a computer ballot system drawn from 800,000 names across North America. We have tried to contact you on January 9th, 2026 without success. We are now reaching out a second time. You have won a total of 1 million $500 either payable for 25 years or in a lump sum. These payments have been credited to the claim number W C3 102. Your winnings have been placed into a holding account. Please contact your assigned representative, David Saxon, at 1-877-600-0380 or toll-free at 1-778-793-7644 to begin the process and remittance of your prize, to complete your claim and receive your check. The following information must be verified: your full name, address, telephone number, and your claim number.
