He never showed up and he stopped answering his phone. I went to his home two weeks later with a breach of contract letter. He apologized and promised that he would do good on the contract after the holidays. I told him that if he did not keep his word, I would initiate a court claim.
He never showed up, I asked him for a full refund of the money and cancelled the contract. Since no answer was ever received, I filed a civil complaint, and I am working with the police in my town to file a criminal complaint as well.
