Order lost by UPS, seller not providing refund
I placed an order with Willows (mywillows.com) for a pair of sunglasses. The order was shipped via UPS, and tracking initially showed movement through multiple facilities (Los Angeles, CA to Goodyear, AZ).
After that, the tracking stopped updating, and UPS officially marked the package as lost. An investigation was opened, and a claim was issued confirming the package could not be located.
I contacted UPS directly and spoke with a supervisor, who confirmed the shipment was approved as a total loss. I have documentation of this confirmation.
I also contacted the seller multiple times to resolve the issue. Although they initially responded, communication became inconsistent, and I did not receive a timely resolution.
Because the item was never delivered and the carrier has confirmed it was lost, I am requesting a refund for this transaction.
This is a clear case of merchandise not received.
