On 2/12/2024 I received a message from this number 856-536-3073. I called the number back the phone will hangs up. A woman left a message about some paperwork need to be signed or else they will come to my place of employment. So I call the 702-680-1621 number a man answered the phone. I asked what is this all about he say that you're being sued for a credit card debt. I told him i never had a credit card from 2004. So I asked him about the address he started yelling and screaming at me for no reason so I cussed him out and he hung up the phone. My question is how did this company get my cell and ss number.

Just received a phone call from this number from 951-497-4448. It was a women saying I needed to call back on 7026801621 or they would show up to my work and serve me legal documents if I don’t call back. Claimed to be a processor. Tried to search both numbers and neither are linked to anything.

Got a phone call that I would be getting legal documents in the next 5 days for a debt from 2013. When I asked for the phone number of the debt company I was told they don't want to talk to me anymore and were just wanting to file. When I called the original creditor he gave me they stated I never had an account with them in the first place. These people called my ex husband to leave a message about this as well. They really need to be stopped from doing this. I spent hours calling all of the creditors with the same name to verify I did not have an account with them. This is completely disgusting and unethical.

My husband received a call on his cell phone and the person asked for me. They hung up on him once he started asking questions. He was able to get the phone number and a possible case number. My husband called me at work and told me about this. He gave me the number they gave him. I called the number 702-680-1621 and got a law firm Williams and Johnson. I asked where they were located and was told Nevada. I said I don't live anywhere near there and he said that they have 11 offices across the country. I gave my name, and tried to give the case number but he didn't want it and said it would only come up under my name, and he told me what that they were going to come to my work and serve me papers for failure to appear in court. And that they tried to serve me at home, which my husband was home that whole week. He said it was for a credit card from 10 years ago and gave me a hard time when I started asking for details and that they were going to garnish my wages. He also asked me why I was asking for so many details if the debt wasn't mine. I told him I need to have as much information about this as possible because I was confused and upset and unsure what was going on. He said I would be served within the next 5 days at my work. The number came up as an unknown number on my husband's phone. No law firm matching the name I was given comes up when internet search was done. Both my husband and I have had our identity stolen multiple times. I contacted my local courthouse to see if they had any information regarding the court issue. Nothing has been filed. I called the Better Business Bureau who helped me with all the internet searching on this law firm and the phone number.
