I paid the initial package price for assistance in creating a Wikipedia page and was strung along by emails, texts, and phone calls, very politely by Derek, Kevin and Tyler (but mostly Derek) over the course of a year. I was promised a Wikipedia page with a few months but then they asked for a second payment because I "needed articles written" to support the page so I did that. Negotiated that for $1199. They wrote the articles (poorly written) and then after another few months a year later, after my email inquiries on the page progress, they said that my page is up and running then told me it was hacked so they needed more money to protect the page. This time it was $2000-$4200 but that it was "negotiable". I didn't pay this additional amount. At present, there are is no wikipedia page and no poorly written articles and Derek, who was always responsive, has stopped returning emails. This is the first time I've been scammed in 20 years of computer work and running my own business.
