I purchased shoes advertised on Facebook from WideStep, whose advertisement had a Broadway, NY NY address. The shoes were not supportive as promised. In good faith, I attempted to return the product. I was given a return address for London, UK, and informed I was responsible for the return postage. The cost of return postage would be higher than the cost of the shoes.
