USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

This whole process is a mess. Just my experience.
They will send a driver to your place and pick up your vehicle. That process was perfect.
Then payment time. Driver hands you a check. Note the check says do not accept without a code. Call the number try to get a code they state your bank will get the code.
Call weelzy they say the same thing.
Speak to driver and said issues these checks all time no issues.
Deposit check and Call my bank USAA to let them know they have to call and get code. In between the wait I'm asked to sign some title release paper work before check clears I said no.
6 days later check was returned for insufficient funds.
Call around no help just texts. Call tow truck driver yesterday same time i found out check is no good and find out where my truck is. He tells me I look it up and it's for sale hmmm truck still not paid for so how could that be?
So today still not paid and truck for sale. I get a replacement check waiting on this one to clear. Who knows if it will. But here is the kicker they sold my truck today. How can that happen prior to funds being released and second check don't bounce again.
So many questions
But then again they did me a favor and took the truck. But the stress and high blood pressure moments and my current health issues.
This process company is not healthy for someone who has heart issues.
So I'll wait to see if this new check will bounce.
Sought legal advise they said wait and see.
I'll update if bad check or clears.

RUN FROM THIS CO!!!

Wheelzy texted me offering to beat another co's quote, already accepted other offer, so declined. Other co didn't show for appt, so accepted offer from Wheelzy & scheduled pick up of vehicle for next day 10am via phone no Wheelzy provided. tow driver didn't show, waited 30 mins & texted driver, received no response. then waited a while & called driver & he advised will arrive within 2 hrs (230pm) No one showed 230pm, so waited & called driver again with no answer, so texted & he replied be there 45 min, which would be approx 545pm. no one showed at 545pm, tried calling again with no response & texted again at 723pm, after me texting & calling multiple times, they finally text "we are coming" & when i asked when?, they advised 1 more hour, which would now put me at 930pm. then driver asked is tomorrow morning better? & I advised no, had to work in the morning & to come tonight as promised. At 947pm, texted again when no one showed & they said were still coming, I asked for a time & recvd no response & driver refused to answer my calls. Finally at almost Midnight I gave up & went to bed as I had to work in the morning. I ended up waiting a total of 14 hrs for this tow truck driver (all while I had a sinus infection & should have been resting) & my husband cancelled plans to be there & wait as well. also texted Wheelzy all day Sun with no response. Driver showed up at house next day 915am calling/texting me repeatedly & responded didn't know why he was there as I had advised previous day I had to work. then rescheduled to 5pm that night. He was hour late for that appt, arriving 6pm. Since orig amount of offer was already on title before Wheelzy increased offer by $50 & u can't change title w/out voiding, driver gave me orig quote amt 645 & I assumed Wheelzy would send me the amount of dif via check of $55. Now Wheelzy refusing to send $50 & telling me deal w/ driver who clearly won't respond. asking $50 check be sent to me matching Wheelzy email offer of $700, but they refuse & its shows just how little they care about customer service that they won't even honor a measly $50! Worst experience of my life with a car sale co & I've dealt with plenty of them over they yrs!

This company is a SCAM! they told me they had a branch in west palm beach, then told me the pick up driver was coming from Orlando you mean to tell me they’re going to spend $200 in gas to drive from Orlando after feeling suspicious I decided to cancel the pick up they proceeded to call and harass! Asking for my personal information after The cancellation! WHEELZY IS A SCAM!

This [censored] name Jeff called me early in the morning waking me up leaving messages after messages to call him back about my vehicle that I’m trying to sell. I texted him 6 hours later he asked me for my car information after I told him I’m still making payments on my vehicle. Vehicle hasn’t paid off yet this mother[censored]er never replied back.
I kept asking him what was going on it’s been 24 hours never hear from this [censored] again.

These company is nothing but a SCAM I don’t know how these [censored] got my phone number

I got a call from this company the same day I was supposed to sell to pedal. They matched the offer from a Edsel so I agreed to sell to them instead. My car gets picked up and I’m given a check but it is fake. Now my car is gone and I didn’t get paid. The girl working with me from wheelzy is saying I have to contact the towing company to get reimbursed. This place is a scam!

I was offered a set price for my vehicle, but when you call the number you never get in touch with a sales person. It just music that plays. You have to send a picture of your title front and back before the tow arrive. I know they are scamming people and you will not get a check that is Valid. It's a scam.

I believe someone should look into this company- Essentially what it seems they do is bring in a ton of people for job interviews and use these interviews to try to extract information that they then sell to competitors- is this illegal? I'm not sure but It is definitely misleading. If you call the phone number listed on the website to sell a car you will just get music for 5 minutes and then the phone will hang up, you will never actually hear a salesperson.
