We called what we thought was Enterprise car rental and it was an Indian accent guy and he claimed we had to pay them $115.96 before we even made the pickup of the car, which sounded very bizarre to me. After arriving at Enterprise, yes they were aware of the rental but we were being charged an additional $423 and change. We opted to not go through with the rental but now it's looking like we're not going to get the money back from this WHB, which Enterprise has told us they've never even heard of them (WHB)!
