Ordered a bowstring from Westwood Archery and never received it
It is now March 23rd, 2026, and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them at [email protected], called, and text numerous times with no success in resolving the issue. He (Eric Warren), the owner, has responded to me several times by text. He has said several times he mailed it, then he had to remake it, and mailed it again, but I still, after a month of conversation, have never received the bowstring. I told him Monday, March 23rd was the deadline to receive the bowstring, or I was going to take whatever action I could. He told me I would receive the bowstring and a refund by Monday March 23rd, 2026. I didn't receive either, and today is Monday March 23rd, 2026. He has stolen my money at this point, no one should do business with this company. Westwood Archery is a total scam. I have been ripped off!!!
