I ordered 3 light fixtures for my home. The 3 fixtures that arrived were nothing like the online listing on the supplier’s website. After weeks of emailing the supplier, they provided a return label on Mar 5 to return the fixtures. The counterfeit fixtures were delivered by UPS to the supplier on Mar 12. It’s been 4 weeks and the supplier refuses to answer emails or issue a refund.
