Ordered shirts from welovestreet.com, got a fake tracking number and no response.

I had been thinking about purchasing nice shirts for Christmas for my husband and son. I happened to see the ads for WeLoveStreet shirts from WeLoveStreet.com and they were on sale, with 'free shipping' and 'free returns'. I placed my order and paid for it, shipping was 8-15 days. It was the week before Thanksgiving (a pre-Black Friday sale) so I figured they were planning on a big holiday rush. That was 3 weeks ago. I found the link through my SHOP app (which I guess is supposed to make them seem legitimate) but the app says that the item was processed three weeks ago and gives a bogus tracking number, which when I try to look up, says '404 Error - page not found'. So I emailed twice using their email from the SHOP app and no response. Then, I go to their website (not on my smartphone from Instagram but on my computer) and the business address is in Texas, but it's bogus address. It is the same address for several businesses, all different names but also using the same phone number. If this company is legit, why do they share a post office box address with at least 6 other businesses and share the EXACT same number (which is a Los Angeles area code) with at least 5 different businesses? This has scam all over it, so I have canceled my card and put my card company on notice that I need to reverse this charge.
