I paid for pet cremation and company picked up my dog over a month ago and has not returned her and will not return my calls or texts about getting my dog back. The owners keep lying and pushing the dates back. They took my money and my deceased dog and refuse to give them back or provide the service I paid for.

We Care pet cremations picked up our pet and was supposed to cremate and return ashes. We never saw our pet again and after they received payment they stopped answering the phone, responding to texts and eventually blocked me. I have no idea what they did with our beloved cat’s body. They provided an invoice and have a working website that looks legitimate but is not. They have hundred reviews of people saying they never got their pet returned.
