WebsitesDesignPro are frauds. They will take your money do half the work at best, and then employ stall tactics to try and make you give up. Was promised 8 months turn around on completion and its been over 2 years. Feel free to contact me, I have all of the email communications, text messages, and the lack of anything close to a finished website as proof.

Each time a new account manager is assigned, they ask us to go over all of our requirements again. We have sent emails, text messages, recorded zoom calls, and phone calls with you to explain in detail everything that we wanted. This has been the pattern to date and no considerable improvements or progress has been made on the website. This has been a stall tactic of theirs.

I signed up and paid for a website to be designed from scratch. They started the work and then disappeared without notifying anyone. They were able to get me back and assigned me to another account manager. The new account manager became unresponsive and so when I threatened to say I no longer wanted to work with them, they assisgned me another account manager. And then after a couple months, that account manager became unresponsive and eventually told me I had to pay more money to get my site completed. Then never completed my website and so I am out $800. They just lead me on to believe work was being done but never got any updates or progress was made.

were you ever able to find out any further information about this company? They are clever as its difficult to find out who owns the company, where it is registered, and what other companies are working with them.

I paid premium prices (many thousand dollars) for a custom build WordPress theme so I would own the rights to the theme. Then they purchased a theme from Envato/Themeforest (which is a subscription as service) and tried to pass it off as their own. The theme was broken, slow, and worst of all they replaced everything in my WordPress site—all my exciting files and premium plugins—just to install a theme, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to the site. We lost the ability to log into WordPress. They couldn’t restore access for us. We had to hire a WordPress security developer to fix and re-secure the site. Eventually, he discovered what they did with the Envato theme was quite fraudulent and wrote a full report, restoring our old website.

I had also paid for custom logo and brand design and I never received the files. I asked for a refund and they refused.

were you ever able to find out a way to get a refund? we too have tried and have been refused. sadly since the transaction was ~ 2 years ago, the credit card companies will not rule in our favor even though a plethora of evidence was provided.
