Called after I contacted Webroot, the Geek Squad protection I purchased, about a problem with the security. The fraudulent company called pretending to be them and offering additional protection. Since I had originally contacted them on line, I thought that they were Webroot. They said that I had outside security breaches and my original plan wouldn't cover it. They tried to sell me a protection plan for $500 for 5 years and I wanted to try it for one year. I paid $249.99 with a credit card. I later called Webroot who told me that they were a fraud. I complained to my Credit Card company who returned the money, but they took it back and returned it to the frauds.
