They low ball you

My brother sent webuygolfballs 400 balls on two different occasions and both times they offered him 10 cents a ball. He had to call and negotiate and eventually golf 25 cents per ball. So I decided to send them 400 very good golf balls and they offered me 10 cents per ball. I called and asked for 25 cents, but they only offered 18 cents. I said send the balls back. They offered 22 cents, I said send the balls back. They said they would. five days later they called and said they accepted my offer of 25 cents. I still don't have the check for the additional 15 cents per ball, only the original $40 check.

Ralph Palmer is the owner. They are a complete scam. I sent them my golf balls and they said that once appraised they would return the golf balls back to me. They never did this and kept ignoring my calls. They eventually sent me golf balls back but they were not the ones that I sent in. They were dirty and cut up. I had sent expensive golf balls in and this is just not how they should run their business. There was utter deception used. I tried filing a complaint on the website of the ScamPulse.com but you cannot locate their business on here. The business keeps telling me they will call me back, but never will.
