Unauthorized money withdrawal

the company withdrawed the amount of $36.95 on multiple occassions from my checking account without permission. i am not familiar with this company or even talked to anyone to give access to my account. please look into the company so my money can be refunded.

4443 direct express.I went to shop and save in collinwood on St.clair.I have a receipt proving that it was a cash purchase on 2-3-23 Friday.It was $1,149.47.It was subtracted from the amount $36.95=$1,112.52.

A recurring charge of $27.95 came out of my father's account. He's 75 and on a fixed income. He certainly did not authorize a recurring charge. Had to report this to the bank. So frustrating.

$2.95 showed up on our card in April we thought it was a charge to cancel an order that was added to our account

then May they charge $ 29.95 on our card no phone number to call and report the company to.

So frustrating, now have to take time to call the credit card company to have them investigate this charges.
