When I talk to customer service they said March 29th is when it would be here and on their website it says 7 to 20 business days and here it is April 16th 2024 and I still haven't received my order I've asked for a refund numerous times and they have refused and they just keep giving me my tracking number and they keep telling me it's in transit and when I check the shipping website it still says it's in transit but it still says that it's in Jamaica New York I'm assuming

I seen the ad on Facebook
