Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Picture taken off my website with my home and my handmade product

All the pictures, wording, and information came from my website, which I took and wrote and used to sell things. This was a one-of-a-kind doll that sold, and they took it off my website and relisted it on theirs. This is a terrible scammer and must be stopped!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was surfing the internet for Christmas Gift ideas and I came upon a website that sold artwork. I made two separate purchases for 4 items one order for 2 pieces and another order for another 2 pieces 4 pieces of art in total and paid through PayPal after I paid it sent me to a Chinese Website that was different than the site I purchased art from. The PayPal payment went through and I did not get a proper invoice the payment was sent to [email protected] for one order the next order I paid and the PayPal payment went to another person’s PayPal [email protected]. I sent 5 messages to each email and have had no response. The website does not have a phone number I sent 5 messages to the customer service page and I received no response. One of the items was a book by the artist ***** *** with a personalized message after I purchased the item it was still for sale On the website. In fact all the pieces that I purchased were still showing that they were in stock. I also noticed that some of the pieces had corespondent EBay product numbers at a higher price I realized this after the second purchase.

Can you please let me know if this is a Scam and I should proceed with starting the refund process through PayPal. The art works are Xmas presents so I also need to purchase other gifts.
