A letter pretending to be from Ward Lending Group, a home lending organization I have never done business with, "informed" me of a final notice to avoid delays in coverage by calling a toll free number, specifically 1-888-404-4504 which has been associated with similar scams linked to other agencies. I would supposedly be liable for the cost of all home repairs unless I call them within five days. Although the company is out of Centralia, WA, the postmark on the envelope is St. Louis, MO.
