I placed this order with WanderPrints.com on 1/29, and as of 3/4, I still have not received it. It has been over a month with no product delivered. When I reached out to their customer service at [email protected], they were completely dismissive and told me to contact the courier myself instead of investigating why their product was never delivered. It is unacceptable customer service to shift the responsibility onto the customer rather than taking ownership and resolving the issue. I have been going back and forth with the courier with no resolution and still no product. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will never purchase anything from Wander Prints again.

Ordered product on 4/24 - the time line of the tracking order says 5/1 arrived at sorting center & dispatched from sorting center. 5/2 & 5/3 arrived at sorting center & shipment en route. 5/4 -outbound flight departed / flight arrived in US @ 5:11pm.

5/4 - completed customs processing. It has been sitting at Chicago sorting center since 5/6. I have tried to find a phone number to contact them with no luck. The email keeps bouncing back saying it cannot be delivered.

This business promoted a Mother's Day sale that would arrive by Mother's Day if ordered that day on May 2, 2025. To date, the order has still not arrived and the company has done nothing to honor the deadline or answer any emails for a refund. The email seems to be automated. Apparently they have many orders that don't arrive. Buyer beware!

I was targeted on social media (Instagram). I ordered a product. They sent me an email saying it had be processed and sent out. A week after it supposedly arrived at the local courier destination, I still did not receive my product. I contacted the warehouse and they said they have no such order at their warehouse. I emailed the business and they keep sending out the same email - sending my tracking number and saying it's on its way. I have now seen on their social media site that many other people have not received their orders. they will not reply to me about a refund.

Product ordered 4/18 as a Mother’s Day gift. Website said to order by 4/20 to receive by Mother’s Day. Order status said it was ready to ship 4/22. I never received a tracking number showing that it was shipped. I sent several emails and social media messages to the company regarding the order and never received a response. Their website does not list a phone number to call. I still haven’t received my order nor have I had any return contact from their customer service department.

My friend purchased a bracelet for me after my bestfriend passed away from wanderprints.com which looked beautiful on the website, i received the bracelet 1 month after purchased and it was nothing like the picture on wesite, the picture of my deceased friend was taped on bracelt there words were all scratched and peeling off (supposed to be engraved).. very upsetting ive been emailing back & forth with them they refuse to give me a phone # to verbally speak to someone incharge they keep refusing to verbally speak to me and email me back after few times this has been going on for almost 2 months now & they keep saying theres a processing issue and delay on delivery their story keeps changing.. this is uncalled for and they need to be reported..

Do not buy anything from this company as this is a HUGE scam. They do not send out orders, all tracking info comes in Chinese and the deep dive I did to see where the company is located states it is from either Anaheim, CA or United Kingdom. They do not have a phone number listed.

Ordered Christmas ornament that printed "messed up". Company email sent states they arent responsible for way product turned out and refused return, refund, or exchange.

Here is the message they keep sending me. I placed this order on 12/6/2023 and the keep telling me that it shipped and it transit but you can see for yourself that tracking shows a shipping label was created on 12/7/2023 and has never changed and they just give me the same information over and over and they do not have any phone number to contact in person.

I ordered a product from their website and received a conformation number. I paid with my debit card and they took the money from my account. Three weeks went by and I contacted them and they responded not to worry, that my order was coming in 3 - 4 days. I then emailed 3 more times and filed a complaint and kept being told it was coming. I have not received my order as of yet and now they won’t respond to my emails.
