This Company was taking payments for my (supposedly) Auto Warranty Company via Empire Auto Protect. Monthly installment payments were collected from my Bank Account Monthly. Meanwhile, my vehicle in the Jaguar Range Rover of San Diego Service Department 70 days ago today (while under contact with this Company). I received a call from the Jaguar Range Rover of San Diego Service Department stating that they were told by this Walco Company via (Empire Auto Protect), that they wouldn’t be honoring the Bumper- to -Bumper Warranty I was paying for. I called the Warranty Company and was informed that as of July 1, 2024 they weren’t serving California anymore. Meanwhile my car was under contract as it sat at the (Jaguar Range Rover of San Diego Service Department) for repairs while awaiting payment via (Empire Auto Protect). When I called Empire Auto Protect, I was basically informed that they wouldn’t be able to assist me with anything except for one Monthly payment. After they’d taken payments from me since Nov. 2023 up to the date.
