Vueling.com airlines has a strict one carry-on bag policy, unless you purchase to upgrade to specific seats. These seats offer two carry-on bags as well as Priority Boarding. They charge an additional $40 to $50 for the seat going and returning, costing me a total of $100. But they do not provide the Priority Boarding once you're at the airport. Everyone gets loaded on to a bus and driven to the airplane where everyone then has to climb stairs to get into the plane. There is no priority boarding offered to the ones that paid for it. I have emailed Vueling Airlines and messaged they'd their Facebook page multiple times, and at first they said that Priority Boarding is not offered. Then when I send them a screenshot that it is offered with my seat selection, they tell me there's nothing they can do about my loss even though I did not get what I paid for.
