My father received a check in the mail for $122.92 from VR4-Grizzly-TXLA LP, on a Vendera Resources letterhead, and issued by Verabank, NA. It said that it was "monthly revenue payment" and included a form for him to fill out with his Financial Institution, Account and Routing numbers, email address, name and signature; it stated that it wants his banking information "to receive your revenue deposit monthly".
