They called and stated there was an HSBC account which was delinquent and last used in 2013, they then stated the account was sold to capital one and they have attempted to collect since 2019. I notified them that I have outstanding credit without any derogatory remarks. I asked why they waited so long to contact me and they stated it was due to Covid. I asked them to send me proof of debt and they stated they would email it to me. I still have not received anything from them. I contacted HSBC and gave them my information. They stated I do not have any delinquent accounts with them. I then called Capital One and they stated I do not have any delinquent accounts with them. One told me not to engage with the attempted collection of debt as they believe it is fraud.

Scam, they continue to call and email me claiming I owe money from 2020, under a name I haven't used in 12years, and I didn't have that name in 2020 either. Then claimed I never filed bankruptcy. They have called off multiple different numbers. Do not click any links or give them the time of day.
Same email address given as comment above, doesn't work.

They said that in 2018 I had a credit card I did not pay and all contact with me I have not responded. I asked them to tell me what card and bank they would not. They sent me an email with this return address:brittmeyspan5318@outlook it did not work. They wanted me to click on a link and when I did my computer blocked it because it was a suspicious link. It did this on 3 computers because they said never to happen before., They insisted on communicating only through email, but the email was fraudulent and fake.
