Tried to contact them through the vootap.com site and didn't reply only continues showing that the order is being processed, also tried to cancel order and still no answer. I lost $524.00. I emailed [email protected] and called (303) 616-5677 but got nothing. Then found out through google that it was a scam.

Ordered a resin shed from Vootap.com. Got tracking # from Global Solutions. When it came time for delivery, said invalid address, which I know my own address. Tried calling vootap & line is always busy. Sent email to [email protected], unable to deliver. Tried their online messaging, never any response. Global solutions said they were going to deliver again but tracking number was exactly the same. Once again said out for delivery & then invalid address so they were sending back to Vootap. Have now done dispute with credit card company after waiting almost 45 days for order and losing $589. Stay away from Vootap!

I purchased a Generac GP3300i generator for 477.16 on 2/9/26 from Vootap.com. When I sent a request to [email protected] asking for a shipping confirmation or tracking number, my email was returned as non-deliverable / no such email address. I tried again with same result.
