There were two purchases. And they were not handbags. One purchase was for two sweaters and the second was for an iPad and accessories. I repurchased them in January and when it got to the end of February I had no contact from them so I reached out and they sent me a notice from the Chinese delivery service they sent it with and said it was on the way. Two weeks later, I checked and it said it had been delivered in NJ. I wrote again, they said they sent me another shipment, and two weeks after that it came back delivered to the wrong town in Tennessee. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me half my money back if I would use it to buy another in my community. When I told them I wanted a full refund they only refunded me $18.15 with $56.98 remaining to be refunded. I am still waiting for their response but I am not expecting it.
