I was sent a text from an unknown number about my resume and because of my "qualifications". The job was for a Executive Assistant/data entry/customer service. The persons name that was used was Ms Lisa Read. I was told to deposit the amount into my personal bank account, contact Lisa Read on Microsoft Teams and she would send me a list of approved vendors from Volaris. There was no list but instead another person contacted me on Microsoft Teams (name Unknown) under the name VOLARIS GROUP APPROVED VENDOR. I was then told to send $2,000.00 through Zelle to a random person. That did not work. They tried again through Zelle. Did not work again. They moved to Cashapp. I transferred $4,500.00 into my cashapp account, then proceed to send $2,000.00 again to 4 other random people. In one last attempt they tried to get me to buy Bitcoin to then try and send it to the "vendors". I then contacted Ms Lisa Read to terminate my contract and my connection with them. I asked if I can send the money back to them as I am uncomfortable with continuing to work with them. They tried to get me to send all of the money through Zelle again. That transaction went through. All though they tried to get me to buy Bitcoin through Cashapp and Changelly but they were persistent about me buying Bitcoin.
