I ordered the product from their website for Christmas presents. I kept sending messages to them for an order number and/ or tracking number. The only response I received from them either by phone or via email was they were short staffed and still trying to process Christmas orders. And nothing else. I’m unable to reach out to an actual person and/ or any other response from above. I’m very upset because this was for my military son and my husband who is ex military and we are very proud of that.

Ordered from vometalcenter.com. Sent $110. Sent an email 2 weeks later and no response. Never received the product 1+ month later. Filled dispute with credit card. Looked up company and found multiple reports of scams and address of company is a grocery store in MN

My order with this company was placed 11/21/22. I never received the items. several attempts were made on phone, and email. No live voice. Just a recording saying they are busy processing orders. I left several messages, and no one responded. Money was taken from my credit card.

I ordered a metal piece of artwork in Oct. Received email confirmation and that was the last I heard from them but they charged my credit card for 129. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever responds to e-mail. There are numerous reviews that all show 5 star because no matter how you review it shows up as five star rating. Several people have reviewed that the company is a fraud since I ordered in Oct. They targeted people for Christmas and now the website is targeting people to order for Valentines Day. This company is a fraud and their website needs to be taken down!!!

They offer custom monogram metal signs. They had an add as being a reputable company on facebook. They offered 25% off discount if you order for christmas delivery.

Company will not return emails or calls. Generic voicemail saying they will call back. Generic email is they are understaffed. No response in 6 weeks.

Ordered metal sign on 12/2/22 that cost $111.76 that was taken out of my account. 1/9/2023 - still have not received sign despite attempts for update. I get a standard response back that indicated they are processing Christmas orders and are understaffed. Advertisements continue to plaque my Facebook and never received order and a specific response on when to expect it. Clearly fraud. Do not order from this website.

I want a refund for a product I ordered and never received. I cannot get an answer from the company and no return emails or calls. It is a scam and I am reporting it and filing a police report as well. It’s fraud and I won’t stop until I get my money back.

I ordered a metal sign for my boyfriend for Christmas and it said delivery within 4 to 5 days after I ordered it and it never showed up. Tried calling and I got a voice recording. Emailed them a few times and still didn't get what I ordered and money was taken out of my account of 44.95

I bought an item from vo metal center on their website after seeing an add on Facebook. I ordered Nov 8. Reported it to PayPal to get my money back. They responded it a USPS tracking number . 19 days later item still hadn't been shipped. I should get the final decision from psy pal if I get my money back or not. I did find a wonderful item neat the same off of Etsy ant it was half the price and I got it in a week.

I ordered 3 signs first of December. Only response is short staffed. However they have a VERY AGGRESSIVE ONLINE AD PRESENCE. I have filed a dispute through my credit card/PayPal. Already refunded.

Ordered a metal art piece on Dec 3.

Dec 15 I sent email asking for eta. Received cut and paste reply. No eta given.

Dec 24 I emailed again. Exact reply given ( with same typo).

Dec 25 I emailed asking for cancellation of order and refund. No reply given.

Initially I found the site through a Facebook advertisement. I then went to the website to place the order for a handcrafted metal sign with a design of a fire pit with personalized names. I received a confirmation email. It said that I would receive a text message when my item ships. I was guaranteed Christmas delivery. It's Christmas eve and I am not able to reach anyone at this establishment. Apparently I am not the only one because I found another person here with the BBB.

Ordered Nov 5, 2022 as a Christmas gift. Have sent numerous emails and left numerous voice-mails. Each get a generic response of them being short staffed and working on Christmas orders. Well it's the day after Christmas and still nothing. Filling a dispute with my bank

No item recieved after 2 months and unable to make contact with the company. Many other people have been scammed as well according to reviews

I ordered a metal sign for my mothers farm, and they took the money immediately. I should have known that was a sign of a scam most reputable companies. Their website just looked so good, and they did a professional job on it. I ordered the sign in November, and never got anything other than a canned email response. I called and left a message and they said they would call back in 24 hours and they didn't.
