On November 28, 2022, I ordered online at https://vometalcenter.com, a metal sign from VO Metal, as a Christmas present for my son. Farm Animal Fence Monogram 24" x 24", cost $107.96. I paid with my Bank Debit Visa card. I have attached the receipt. After a couple weeks and no confirmation email was received as stated, once I placed the order (stated on the receipt). I got on the website to find out who to contact. It stated to send an email to, [email protected], so I did. We also called several times and left messages. One was on 12/9/2022 at 7:18pm. another on 12/13/2022 at 2:35 pm. We would have to pull our phone records to send you copies of proof. Let me know if we need to do this? On 12/16/2022, I called my bank Eaton Community and requested a Dispute. On March 21, 2023, I was contact by Eaton Community that they were unable to reach or come to any resolution with VO Metal and could not complete the refund of my money. They pointed out that VO Metal used Stripe to conduct the pull of the funds from my card and suggested that I try to see if Stripe had a dispute process like Pay Pal. I got on Stripes website, and they tell you for disputes to go through your bank. I then contacted the bank back and they told me that they went through Strip as well and did not get anywhere.

At this point, it is not about the money. Don't get me wrong I want/need my money back, but now it is about "whoever" is behind VO Metal and not letting them get away with this. I have been told that there are many other complaints on here, BBB, for this same company, so I ask... WHY is their website still up and running? How many more people are they going to be allowed to scam, before something is done about it. If there is a way for me to get my money refunded, I would appreciate it, if you let me know. I cannot tell if my receipt uploaded on here or not. If you need any other documentation, please let me know.

I also, feel that Stripe should be at some level responsible as well. If they are letting this fraudulent company pull money through their payment processing center, then they should also be accountable. Their site: Revenue: 12 billion USD (2021), I wonder how they got to be a billion-dollar company, maybe by helping fraudulent companies stealing from the little guy. I am sure they can afford to re-imburse me my $107.96!

I placed my order for a sign with a logo on 11/23/22 for $210 with my debit card. I emailed them with a question on how to order a specific item and a Cade Chouinard responded. I placed my order and any email I sent for an update was replied with an automated email with a typo. "We are so sorry, we are low staffed and we are trying to process all Christmas orders. We will email you as soon as we can we are trying ton get to all emails as fast as we can." I have tried calling them, it goes straight to voicemail all hours of the day. I still have not received my order.

placed order 12/7/2022 PAID for items by my American Express Card, received order confirmation from them, emailed customer service email ([email protected]) 12/27/22 and they stated they were backed up from Christmas orders, have since emailed on numerous occasions, but now their email comes back as undeliverable & they will not answer phone calls or messages via Facebook. I want my money refunded immediately

Ordered online and charged Dec 7th - was supposed to be Christmas present.

Emailed Dec 19th - Their response via email same day was: We are so sorry, we are low staffed and we are trying to process all Christmas orders. We will email you as soon as we can we are trying ton get to all emails as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience.

Called their number as well - It is a recording stating someone will get back to you and never does.

Emailed again after and that time stated that the email address was not valid.

Went onto website cause my husband sent me a link and showed me what he wanted for Christmas. I placed my order November 13th 2022 in 2 days it will be March 1st 2023 and I still haven't received anything. Can't email them cause it says email can't be sent this isn't a valid email phone goes directly to voice mail no one ever calls back just ridiculous!

I ordered a piece. Paid 125$. Back in Nov 22 still haven't received it. As with everyone no answer...no response from the. They are a fraud. The positive responses were created by bots to semblance of a good company. Why is the MN State Attorney investigating for fraud and interstate fraud for interstate transactions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I placed an order (order number 8864)with mo metal center through a Facebook ad in december. Paid $90.90 with debit card. I have not received the order. I tried several times emailing them but I get a message saying email does not exist. I tried calling and leaving messages several times but no response. I want a refund from them

Saw an add on Facebook for personalized Metal signs, ordered a quad racer with our last name and mounting brackets for my son for Christmas. Payed by credit card and received nothing. Emailed them once and received an email immediately back that they are short staffed and order would be coming soon. Have not heard for them since and now all emails say email address is invalid and phone number just rings or has busy signal.

I sent a order into them. They said they were processing it. That has been 2 1/2 months ago. I have emailed several times and they just say they are a small business still working on their Christmas orders. Yet they keep sending me emails trying to get more orders. They charged my credit card through Paypal the day of the order.

I ordered on line thru Facebook.It was a metal sign with a Eagle on it and said Forever Young.

It was ordered on Nov 28 2022.

I have sent emails and in return I get the same message sorry we are behind on orders will be sent soon. I've called and left messages at the number I provided still no answer.

I can no longer email them also assuming they have me blocked.

It's returned as wrong email..

My order with VO Metal Center was placed 11/28/22. I never received the items. several attempts were made on phone, and email. No live voice. Just a recording saying they are busy processing orders. I left several messages, and no one responded. $128 was taken from my credit card. Items were said to be guaranteed by Christmas 2022.

They have a great sight to go to and I made a order back on Oct of 2022 and when I text them they send the same message that says there short staff and if you call they don’t call back or answer there ripping people off and then you can’t get your money cause there is no response I used shop pay and I have them looking into it but I want to make sure know one uses this company

Placed 2 orders before Christmas, guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Have not received either one. Several emails state they are low staffed and will return emails soon. Several calls, get a voicemail stating we will return calls As Soon as possible. No return calls yet. No emails and no products.

These are a FB add that is continually going. I’ve contacted by phone, no answer. Emails no answer. I did get one response 12-8 for the 10-27 order that said orders got jumbled and mailing next week. No email to confirm mailed and again no response.

Filed a BBB complaint and still fighting with Paypal. Ordered $523.50 2 products on 11/26/22 and NEVER received. They provided 2 different tracking numbers to paypal and told them it was delivered via IT_Poste_Italia! When you look them up on the USPS (Not an Italian shipping company) site it still says awaiting item...Go onto the USPS site and check for yourself 9361210944101809593966 and 420347729361210944101809593966. So sad. Check the internet. Several complaints on them. Don't buy. I am on hold now with the Post Office to speak further

Saw ad on Facebook for custom metal signs so I ordered one as a Christmas gift on 12/17 for $116.65. I received a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my account immediately. They said it would be delivered by Christmas but I knew it could be after since I ordered it a week prior. It’s been exactly one month and I can’t get a response from them. I noticed MANY others posted on Facebook that the same thing happened to them yet their website is full of only good reviews. I hope I can get my money back. I emailed them again and attached their response (they’re low staffed and busy). The first time I emailed them about my order I got no response. If I could attach 2 I’d also attach the confirmation email after I placed my order. Website appears very professional and have lots of ads on Facebook, they seem very good at scamming.

I ordered from VO Metal in Nov 2022 and of course they took my money $96.00 and I'm still waiting for my order. I emailed them several times and keep getting a computer generated email stating that they are low staffed and they are working to get my order out by Christmas, well it's Jan 2023. But they keep sending promotion emails to me to see if I'm dumb enough to send them money again. I would put a picture but never got my order
