Weber Spirit SX-315 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill - Stainless Steel
2) From the merchant website: vivagardeny.com and paid for it using PayPal.
3) The merchant said the item was shipped and delivered using UPS tracking number: 1ZY6254Y0347310014
4) I contacted UPS and verified that this item WASN'T delivered to my address in North Reading, MA.
5) The item should have been shipped to my home address on file with PayPal.
6) I emailed the merchant and reported the problem.
7) The weight of the grill SHOULD BE around 116 pounds and NOT 1.2 pounds reported from the UPS tracking information.
8) I reported this issue to PayPal on April 10, 2024 and opened a case: PP-R-WEO-522597783 with them. I reported this same information to my credit card company.
9) PayPal did do any investigation work regarding this case so that's why I opened up a dispute with Citi.
This merchant is committing fraud.
This should have been a simple issue to resolve.
