Online Retailer Scam

I tried to buy the weight loss product that Kelly Clarkson used. This was suppose to be the "original" website and product. The product does not work and then they sent 5 more bottles and charged my account. They said in the fine print that if I didn't cancel in 30 days that they would continue to charge my account. I contacted them and they will only credit me back $100.00. I told them the product doesn't work but that was completely ignored in the conversation. Supposedly there was a 100% money back guarantee on the product. People are getting wiped off with this product. Please help other people to not be scammed.
