Vital Health Ring Reports & Reviews (3)

The company claims on their website to be American and to ship from NJ. There are many linked reviews that mimic respected sources (almost Consumer Reports for instance) and claim the app used with the product is free. They have misleading pricing since required things like a charger pop up after purchase and are not included. They claim to be American in multiple places on the website and do not reveal that an app from China that charges a monthly fee is required. The app privacy policy is in Chinese and now there are warnings about it on-line. The product shipped from China, not NJ, arrived the wrong color and does not work as advertised. The company claimed a 30 day money back guarantee but has not responded to messages nor provided an address for the return, but since it shipped from China, the return address from shipping is not useful.

Researching health rings and came across Vital Health Ring. The website claims to be a U.S. company. I purchased a total of 5 rings for myself a family. I was charged $263.34. The website said product is shipped from the company’s New Jersey warehouse yet I received email communications stating the package was coming from China. I received the package. All rings are slightly smaller than their size. 2 do not even charge. I tried to contact the company via email customer service only to get the run around about needing to pay the return shipping (which I could see reasonable if the product wasn’t broken/defective) but they refuse to say where I’d need to send the return (I’m certainly not spending more than the cost of the item and I’m not sending back to China) and when I ask repeatedly if they are a U.S. owned company and where I’d need to send the return they refuse to answer. The charge to my card came through as VaultLifestyleShop.com with a CA number 888-506-7987. All is shady, I feel like a fool.

I ordered a Vital Health Smart Ring on October 23, 2024. The website has amazing reviews and "Made in America" plastered all over it so I fully expected to receive a smart ring that was made in America. The ring took forever to ship and when it finally did, to my surprise it shipped from China. I gave it the benefit of the doubt though and patiently waited and waited for it to arrive. It finally arrived today. The ring looks legitimate and charged quickly, however the directions were vague and quite confusing. The QR code linked to a foreign website that had me download an app that runs supposedly runs this smart ring. After don't digging though, it is an app that runs a smart watch and there is no wear to sync a smart RING. I tried several different apps to sync this smart ring and none of them worked. I then came across several articles explaining that this is a well known scam where sellers sell cheap knock off made in China Smart rings all while pretending to be completely legitimate and Made in America. I have been completed scammed and while I did receive a "smart ring" it is in no way compatible with my device and at this point is a $103 paperweight. At this point I am completely disgusted with this cheap knock off company and if nothing else I reported this to PayPal in hopes this scam doesn't happen to anyone else. I am disgusted and disheartened by the sheer amount of false advertising all over their website and truly hope that it gets shut down.
