I saw an add on Instagram for cute outfit sets. I clicked the link (https://vistagood.com/products/breeze-sweater-set), read through the review and return policy and everything looked good, so I thought I'd give it a chance and order a couple sets since there was a deal. I received my order, but the quality was terrible and I decided I needed to return my order and get my money back. I reviewed the return policy again on their website, made sure my order qualified, and contacted both of the customer service emails provided on the returns page ([email protected] & [email protected]) as well as sent them a message on their website support line. They finally got back to me and say they cannot process a return because I do not meet their return policy rules. I reviewed their return policy again and I met all of their requirements so this could not be further from the truth - I in fact met ALL of their rules and now I just realized I fell for another fraud clothing scam. Hoping to prevent others from falling for this scam. Businesses like these need to be shut down and fined.
