Visionary Food Service Solutions Reports & Reviews (1)

- Englewood, CO, USA

In November Bruce Robertson listed a working pizza oven for sale on craigslist for 16,000 dollars. He wanted an additional 1,500 to delivery the oven to me in New York.

On November 22nd I overnighted him a check for the amount of 17,500.

Once he received the check he kept delaying delivery, and then started to tell me lies about the oven needing repairs before he delivered it. This went on for over three months until finally he said that he couldn't sell it to me because it was apparently not in working condition. He said he mailed me a check for the full refund, which was a lie, I never received a check. He then said he would do a bank transfer, which he did not do.

I went onto his website and found many negative reviews detailing experiences very similar to mine. One review in particular was the exact same sequence of events that I experienced. It seems that this is an ongoing scam that he runs. Reviews described that he is thief, who takes payment for equipment and then never delivers it.

I have records of all the communication I had with him detailing these events, as well as screenshots of the original craigslist ad.
