After applying for several jobs on Linedin, I received an email from Jessica Corbin at Visgenx indicating she was the HR Assistant for Visgenx and was very interested in my applicate (it was for a data entry job). She had me sign a contract, entered my name in their files to log into for my hire date as well as my job title. I was advised they would be sending a check to deposit (via email - I should have taken that as a red flag) to use to obtain a software license. Once the check was cleared, all of a sudden my bank account was blocked as the check came back as counterfeit. Once I tried to contact Ms. Corbin, she did not respond. I have also advised Linkedin of this as I do not want anyone else to go through this. I do have all emails saved
