taking advantage of my Mother that has Alzheimer's

My Mother has Alzheimer's. I am her power of attorney. I have no idea who this company is but I started seeing 254.48 being withdrawn from my Mothers checking account on 8/19/2024. I disputed the charge with PNC bank and lost the dispute. She was just charged another 254.48 on 9/19/2024. They are taking advantage of my Mother.

i received a phone call from a person named Raymond Phillips at @215-461-4557 about the debt consultation relief program that they had thru Virtue Law Group Lg in New Jersey. I thought this person was legit and the company Virtue Law Group Lp. I spoke to raymond Phllips for about 40 minutes and then after i signed a legal agreement and sent it back to [email protected]. i was transferred to the virtue law group lg for a welcome call and they gave me the number 1-888-409-3323. they also gave me a email to use if i had any questions and its [email protected] . I tired both numbers and nothing happened on 11/20/23. When i called the Virtue Law Group it said that the agents are with other callers and i left a voicemail. I just want to make sure whether they are legit because its suppose to debit my bank account on 11/30/23 and they didnt give a address to send the cancellation note to .
