They never really deliver. They just take the order and the money, provide a fake tracking number in a fake app, keep moving forward the tracking status in their app for several weeks, and finally they move it to delivered, though nothing has really been delivered.

When you ask about who's the carrier in order to find out what happened with the package, they don't provide any carrier. They are proffesional scammers. Don't buy with them.

I ordered a plant and they have fake tracking number and said i need lost certificate to get a refund but post office don't issue this without a valid tracking number
